PSSR-418244	All States/Provinces: Discipline Incident Letter Update	Discipline Incident Letter Version: 2.0 Fixed an issue where Discipline Incident letters truncated the Behavior Code/Sub‑Code Category when the category name included a hyphen. Hyphenated categories now display correctly in generated letters.
PSSR-419895	All States/Provinces: Hearing Screening Report Update	Hearing Screenings Report: Version 1.1 Hearing Screenings report is updated and now includes Start Date and End Date filters, allowing users to limit results to a specific date range. These new date fields behave consistently with the existing date filters in the Vision, Vital, and Oral Screenings reports, ensuring a familiar and predictable experience across all health screening reports.
PSSR-417911	All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report Update	The Student Incident Profile Report is updated to allow users to control the grouping of students, incidents, or none when generating the report output. The Page Break option appears under the Order Report By option, and the Page Break options are - Student, Incident, and None. For details, refer to the State Reporting Online help.
PSSR-417869	All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report Update - Additional Page option for No Break Option	Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.11 The Student Incident Profile report has been updated with the following page break options: By Student By Incident No Page Break
PSSR-412035	New Student Infraction Response Report - Discipline Log Entries (SFTP)	Student Infraction Response Report - Discipline Log Entries (SFTP): Version 1.0 A new Student Infraction Response Report is created to report data beginning in September 2025-26 in the Department’s Student Information Repository System (SIRS) using the eScholar Student Infraction Response template. This report will use Log Entries as the data source.
PSSR-419588	Updates to Student Infraction Response Report	Report name has been changed from Student Infraction Response - Beta to Student Infraction Response - Incident Management. For Response codes other than OSS, Suspended Remainder of the School Year field will be left blank.
