School Safety Data Collection Off Campus Town Counts

School Safety Data Collection Version: 1.6

The following updates are made:

• Restraining Students section:

  • Updated wording on 1.1.2 to align with state documentation.

  • 1.1.3 is now the total of how many were investigated and occurred at a location other than the school building and/or campus.

  • The new 1.1.3.1 section number is added to report how many locations, other than the school building and/campus were involved. This is a count of unique locations.

  • A new section lists each location and the number of incidents at the location. The list is located at the end of the PDF.

• Seclusion of Students section:

  • Updated wording on 1.4.2 to align with state documentation.

  • 1.4.3  is the number of seclusion reports that occurred at a location other than school building and/or campus.

  • The 1.4.3.1 section number is added to report the number of separate locations other than school building and/or campus a report occurred.

  • A new section lists each location and the number of incidents at the location. That list is located at the end of the PDF.

• Persistently Dangerous Schools number is update from 5.3. to 5.2
