iNHDEX Program Participation Submission - Default Updates

iNHDEX Program Participation Submission Version: 1.4

The following updates are made:

• BOY, MOY and EOY Reports:

  • When a student has a Student Program Exit Date and/or NH Program Exit Code, that reports in all instances. All transferred out students should have a Student Program Exit Date and NH Program Exit Code.

• For Graduating Students:

  • For the EOY Submission, seniors with a School Enrollment Exit Code of blank or ‘11’ (Student completed high school education) will report a Program Exit Code of ‘2’ (graduated) and the Program Exit Date will be the Years and Terms 'Last day of student instruction for High School Seniors only' date.

    • If the senior’s School Enrollment date is < the Years and Terms 'Last day of student instruction for High School Seniors only' date, the report will use the School Enrollment Exit Date (minus one day). This is for early graduates.

  • Students who are not seniors that have a School Enrollment Exit Code of ‘11’ (Student completed high school education) will report the student’s School Enrollment Exit Date (minus one day) as the Program Exit Date and the Program Exit Code will report as ‘2’ (graduated).

• EOY Report:

  • Students who remain in a program to the end of the year will not report a Program Exit Date or Program Exit Code.

  • Seniors who have a School Enrollment Exit Code of ‘1’ (student will remain enrolled within the NH public school system) or '2’(Student completed grades allowed in this school and is transferring to another NH public school) will not report a Program Exit Date or Program Exit Code.
