All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Updates

Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.16

The following updates have been made:

1. Now, when the report is run from the school level, all incidents a student may have (based on the report parameters) will be reported, regardless of the school they occurred at.

2. The Time Frame during which the incident occurred will be in the report output.

3. Longer school names will now print correctly on a single page in the report out (versus being split between two consecutive pages).

All States: CDC Immunization Rules Updated - Varcella

Resolved an issue in Varicella immunization compliance rules where some 4‑year‑old students with one valid dose were incorrectly marked as non‑compliant.

The Courses and Courses Sections Primary Grade ID fields now include the new values in the courseGradeRangeID Data Element.

iNHDEX Enrollment Transfer Submission Update

iNHDEX Enrollment Transfer Submission Version: 1.1

The following updates are made:

• A Student with an Exit Code of ‘5’ (The student has exited the NH public school system, still resides in NH and is now enrolled in an approved home school program), and a reportable previous enrollment (e.g. ‘21’) will appear in the report.

• A student who is excluded from State Reporting will not appear in the report.

NH: School Safety Data Collection For IM - Counting Incidents Not Students

School Safety Data Collection Version: 1.5

The report is updated on sections 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4 to have unique student counts for each section number (behavior).

Two new Action Attributes Codes are added to the Incident Management Codes to enter restraint and seclusion outside school town locations.

School Safety Survey for Incident Management Report Updates

School Safety Data Collection Version: 1.5

The following updates are made:

• The School Safety Survey for Incident Management report is renamed to School Safety Data Collection to reflect the name change from the State.

• The Truancy report logic is updated to only look at attendance codes with the NH Attendance Type of ‘1 – Unexcused Absence’ located in the Attendance Codes.

• The report page is updated to remove the ‘Attendance Codes for This School’ selection as the logic is updated to include only NH Attendance Type codes of ‘1 – Unexcused Absence’.

• The report description is updated to include the following descriptions:

  • The Truancy_6_1 column reports the number of half days absent. This is to report habitually truant students defined as: ten half days of unexcused absence during a school year.

  • Truancy is calculated on attendance codes with the NH Attendance Type of ‘1 – Unexcused Absence’.
