State Reporting 23.7.3.0 Release Notes

PSSR-324708	All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile Report Cannot be Run Successfully For More Than 1000 Students	Attendance Profile Report Version: 1.7 The Attendance Profile now has a maximum limit of 200 students per report run.
PSSR-288826	All States/Provinces: CRDC School Submission File Update	If a school has no out-of-school suspensions to report, the following columns will be populated with a value of zero: SCH_OOSINSTANCES_WODIS SCH_OOSINSTANCES_IDEA SCH_OOSINSTANCES_504
PSSR-321787	All States/Provinces: Immunization Rules Engine Update	The immunization rules engine can now compare immunization dose dates and the number of doses a student has received to date fields in Core and extended tables (Student.EntryDate, for example) Note: Immunization rules must be updated to utilize this new functionality.
PSSR-324024	All States/Provinces: Null Pointer Exception Error When Saving Vaccine Dose Data	Student dose data is now saved now in the Nightly Batch process. This will prevent users from receiving the null pointer exception error when entering (and saving) vaccination dose data.
PSSR-325221	Enhanced Navigation: No Data Saves in NCEA Student, Staff, or School Setup Pages and NCEA District Page Is in the Wrong Menu	Updates are now available on the NCEA data collection pages for catholic schools and dioceses running PowerSchool SIS version 23.5 or above with the Enhanced User Interface enabled. There is no impact or change to the legacy interface. Student, Staff, and School NCEA Information pages: Data now saves as expected to the NCEA fields when using the Enhanced User Interface. Student, Student Profile, NCEA Student Information Staff, Staff Profile, NCEA Staff Information School, School Management, General, School Information for NCEA Reporting NCEA Diocese Information: The navigation link has been re-positioned to District, District Management, District Setup, Diocese Information for NCEA Reporting Important! There are no announced changes to NCEA reporting for the 2023-24 school year. Under the Enhanced User Interface, the report links are available under Data and Reporting, Reports, NCEA Reports.
