All States/Provinces: Ability to upload Principal Signature in Discipline Letters

Districts will now have the ability to upload Principal Signatures for Discipline Letters and include the signature in the output.

Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.12

The Attendance Profile Report has now been updated to add page breaks per student while trying to print the report from the browser.

Early Literacy Eligibility Report

Tech Input: Early Literacy Eligibility version: 1.2

1. New Selection Criteria:

   • Students must participate in Early Literacy Eligibility programs.

   • Students must be enrolled, either with status active or transferred out, in the current school year.

   • If multiple programs are recorded for a selected term, all will be included.

   • Students must not be excluded from SRP.

   • Pull records based on the program test end date, within the current school year.

     • Note: Report pulls records based on test end date (EXIT Date) and it is mandatory for reporting.

2. Removed report run parameter: Eligibility School Year (as it will not serve any purpose).

Update of Student Name Extraction logic for Reports

1. Montana AIM Student Demographic Record v1.6

3. Fall and Spring Attendance (Legacy) v2.3

Reports updated with the following logic:

• Name Fields Logic:

  • If either both Legal First Name and Legal Last Name are populated(No need to check Legal Middle Name), or even if just one of them is populated, then pull data from all Legal fields (Legal First Name, Legal Last Name, and Legal Middle Name). Otherwise, pull data from the standard fields: First Name, Last Name, and Middle Name.

• Gender Field Logic:

  • If Legal Gender is blank, then pull data from the standard Gender field.
