Early Literacy Eligibility Report Update

The Early Literacy Eligibility report is updated with new selection criteria:

• Students must participate in Early Literacy Eligibility programs.

• Students must be enrolled, either with status active or transferred out, in the current school year.

• If multiple programs are recorded for a selected term, all will be included.

• Students must not be excluded from SRP.

• Pull records based on the program test end date, within the current school year or if program test end date is June 30 (06/30/20XX).

  • Note: Report pulls records based on test end date (EXIT Date) and it is mandatory for reporting.

21st Century Program Field Update

Update to 21st Century:

• The 21st Century checkbox field has been moved (discontinued) to the Legacy tab for reference and historical purposes.

• The system will now populate “Yes” in the 21st Century column of the Montana AIM Program Participation extract if the student is associated with the 21st Century program.

Program Field Structure

A new Student Program field structure has been implemented with the following details:

• Program Name: 21st Century

• Start Date: Mandatory field

• End Date: Optional field

  • Added a note under End Date:

    “Program must have an exit date within the current school year.”
