In sub-district configurations, the district/LEA dashboard was being silently skipped during SIF Pull Mode processing. Only per-school dashboards were being staged and published. This occurred because the queue logic could not match the LEA record (which uses schoolid = 0) to any entry in the schools table, causing it to be dropped. |
