The NCEA report and remaining data collection updates for the 24-25 school year are now available. These include the following:

Data Collection:

• Updated staff and student data collection.

• A new Middle Eastern/North African racial reporting category.

Report Updates:

• The Diocese and School Summary Forms has been updated to match the 24-25 specifications

Other Fixes:

• NCEA Diocese Summary Report now completes successfully when a student has two or more races and when one of them is not mapped to the NCEA race category.

Calculate Truancy Report - Update

Calculate Truancy: Version 1.8
The calculation logic for Tardy has been updated to consider all periods of meeting attendance, not just the first or last period. This change ensures that a student is marked as tardy for the entire day if tardy for any period in a day with multiple periods.

Prior Education Experience to Kindergarten - Fix

The Prior Education Experience to Kindergarten field displayed an extra field on the current and previous enrolment pages. This has been fixed to show only one field.
