Early Childhood Update

Admins will now receive warnings for blank values in specific fields on the Student Early Childhood tab during submission.

The following fields are now equipped with warning messages:

• Family Structure (Default Blank value added to the dropdown):

  • Household Income Criteria

  • Licensed Childcare

  • Student Receiving CCAP Subsidy

• Obsolete fields have been moved to the end of the page to avoid interference with reported fields:

  • Classroom Location

  • Preschool for All Classroom (Funding began in FY 07 or later)

  • IDEA Services Received

  • In Classroom IDEA (formerly Inclusive IEP Services)

  • Preschool for all Expansion

  • Head Start Funding

  • CPS Value Preschool

  • Pre-K Title I

  • IDEA Funding

  • Local District Funding

  • Tuition Based Funding

  • Previous Enrollment in Early Childhood Program

  • Early Head Start (Birth to 3)

  • Prevention Initiative (Birth to 3)

This report is now updated to pick the Low Income Indicator field from lunch status if selected by the user.
