All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Update for Multiple Levels of Behavior Codes

Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.12

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now report up to three levels of behavior codes and subcodes correctly.

Known Issue: In PowerSchool, it is possible to create up to five levels of behavior codes. Due to a known issue, 4th and 5th level codes do not get associated correctly in the database making accurately reporting codes to these levels impossible. Once this known issue is addressed in a future Core update, this report will be updated to handle 4th and 5th level codes correctly.

Ed-Fi: Enrollment Data Fix: Preventing LOE Assignment for Students Without Active Enrollment

Resolved an issue where students with no current or past-year classes (no-shows or transfers) were incorrectly assigned LOE = ‘0’. The system now excludes these students from publishing, preventing false errors and improving data integrity.
