Student Demographic and Course Name Update

The student name and course name fields were previously limited in length. This has now been updated to allow up to 100 characters, ensuring consistency with the core system.

The following screens have been updated to accept 100 characters in the student names and course name fields

Student First, Middle and Last Name
Student Legal First Middle and Last Name
Student Confidential First Middle and Last Name
