All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Update for Multiple Levels of Behavior Codes

Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.12

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now report up to three levels of behavior codes and subcodes correctly.

Known Issue: In PowerSchool, it is possible to create up to five levels of behavior codes. Due to a known issue, 4th and 5th level codes do not get associated correctly in the database making accurately reporting codes to these levels impossible. Once this known issue is addressed in a future Core update, this report will be updated to handle 4th and 5th level codes correctly.

A new Permanent Student Record (1704) report is created. This report consolidates essential student information, including demographic details, enrollment history, program participation, attendance records, and course grades required when a student transfers out of the school district.

TRAX – XAM Report updated with MINCODE_ASSMT

Report name: BC TRAX Extract - version: 2.8

A new field ‘MINCODE_ASSMT’ has been added at position 122 at the end of the TRAX- XAM file. This field is sourced from the newly introduced field ‘Student will take the exam at school (Enter Mincode) ’ on the course registration page, ensuring accurate data capture for reporting.
