All States/Provinces: Clock In/Clock Links Displaying When not Enabled Causing Excessive Logging

The Clock-In/Clock-Out code is now updated to return a valid studentsdcid and a check has been added. These updates will stop the Clock In/Clock Out links from displaying when it has not been enabled and will no longer cause excessive activity in the logs.

Ed-Fi: Not publishing with the correct Local Course Code

The Local Course Code logic has been updated with a check to compare Power School Courses with downloaded State Courses. If the PowerSchool Course Number has a leading '0' and the same is not there in the downloaded course, then the leading 0's are removed before publishing. This logic is updated for the below resources.

The Transcript Collection report has been updated with a new School Year Parameter. This will be a required field with a drop-down list of School Years. You can run the report for any selected year.
