Select Schools*

If run at the district level, choose one of the following:

• Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click and select each school to be included. Select schools to include in the report

• All Schools – Run the report for the entire district.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Students to Include*

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

• The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection.

• All students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

Report Start Date*

Enter the start date for the reporting period. (Enrollments must occur on or after this date)*

Note: The Report Start Date defaults to the First Day defined for the current year in the District.

Report End Date*

Enter the end date for the reporting period. (Enrollments must occur on or before this date)*

Note: The Report End Date defaults to the Last Day defined for the current year in the District.

Administration Type

Choose the type of test administered. The selection here determines which qualifying tests are extracted.

The Test Administration Season

Choose the Test Administration Season for which the report is running.

• FALL

• SPRING

• SUMMER - Note: When this option is selected, Column 1 is reported as wrsummYY for writing or nwsummYY for non-writing.

Note: The Test Administration Season selection determines the 2-digit year code that appears in the column 1 filename of the output file, and has no effect on which records are extracted.

The year of the Test Administration (yyyy)*

Enter the year of the Test Administration.

Include Teachers Fields (Columns 52-54)

Choose Yes or No to indicate whether teacher fields should be included.

Column 9 value (If Group Name not defined at the Section Level)

If the Group Name is not defined at the section level, select a value.

Exclude TermIDs from the Report (comma separated list)

Enter in the TermID for the test enrollments that should not be extracted.

Include Previous School Enrollments

Select Yes or No. If Yes is selected, students with previous test enrollments are included.

Print Student's Legal Name and Gender?

Select Yes or No to indicate whether you want to print the student's legal name and gender on the report.
