Introduction

Use the Section - Section report to collect the section information of the Teacher Course Student Data Collection.

Required Data Setup

You must define the following information before generating this extract.

  • Courses must be flagged for ELA or Math Provider.
  • Sections must have the teacher of record information set as well as any contributing educator information completed.
  • Contributing Educators must be assigned to the individual student and the sections for which they are contributing ELA or Math.

Selection Criteria – Section - Section

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to the selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

The report selects records based on the following criteria:

  • All Sections with a start date greater than or equal to the Start Date specified in the Report Input, and an end date less than or equal to the End Date specified in the Report Input, will be selected.
  • The Course cannot be set to be excluded from state reporting.
  • The School cannot be excluded from state reporting.

Districts using the Automated Data Transfer (ADT) system may utilize the SQL script for state reporting purposes provided at the bottom of the report page.

Data to be Filled

Start Date

Enter the beginning date in the range of dates you want to use to determine the records to include on the report.

End DateEnter the last date in the range of dates you want to use to determine the records to include on the report.

Scheduling – Run Now

Leave Run Now selected to run the report now.

Submit

Click Submit to run the report now.

Scheduling – Please Select When to run

Click the Schedule button to schedule this report to run nightly. Check the weekdays only box

Please Select Schedule Settings

Enter the Start Date and Start Time. Click the Repeat and Daily buttons.

Please select daily repeat cycle options.

Click the Week days only box.

Please select end date range option

Click the No End date or you may complete the Ends On field with the day after you last day of school.

Submit

Click Submit to schedule the report


Districts using the Automated Data Transfer (ADT) system may utilize the SQL script for state reporting purposes provided at the bottom of the report page.

The identifier for the course assigned by the local education agency (LEA).
