Introduction

The CTE Student Audit provides student-level information for any students enrolled in a RIDE approved or provisionally approved CTE program.

Selection Criteria

The report selects records based on the following criteria:

Students enrolled in a course with an active Local CTE Program Code assigned for the specified Term are selected.
The School is not excluded from State reporting.
The Student is not excluded from State reporting.
This will include any student enrolled in school during the date range that has ever taken a CTE course. Reports all CTE courses regardless of the year taken.

Field	Description
Select Schools*	If run at the district level, choose one of the following: Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click and select each school to be included. All Schools – Run the report for the entire district. If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.
Select Students*	Select the button to run for The Selected Students or All Students
Report Checked CTE Students Only*	Select No or Yes
Local Program Code	Select Local Program Code. The Local Program Code used in this parameter is the CTE - Local Program Code selected in Courses (Start Page > School Setup > Courses).
Start Date*	Enter the start date of the students enrolled in school during the date range.
End Date*	Enter the end date of the students enrolled in school during the date range.
Scheduling Options	Description
Scheduling – Run Now	Leave Run Now selected to run the report now.
Submit	Click Submit to run the report now
Scheduling – Please Select When to run	Click the Schedule button to schedule this report to run.
Please Select Schedule Settings	Enter the Start Date and Start Time. Click the Repeat button.
Please select repeat cycle options.	Choose the applicable option.
Please select end date range option	Enter the appropriate information.
Submit	Click Submit to schedule the report

K	Tech Center	This field contains the five-digit code that identifies the Career and Tech Center School where the course is offered.
