Introduction
This report generates the Pennsylvania State Auditor Report in the CSV format, and runs for all students enrolled in a school or an entire district during the date range specified. The PA Auditor report is developed as a report to be shared with a State Auditor when an LEA is in the process being audited. Data from this report maybe also be used for other internal purposes.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determines which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
The report selects records from the various tables based on the following criteria:
- The student is not excluded from state reporting.
- The school is not excluded from state reporting.
- The student has an active school enrollment during the reporting period.
- The student’s school enrollment is not excluded from state reporting.
- The student’s school enrollment is not a no-show record; i.e. the entry date is prior to the exit date.

Select Schools | Indicate which schools to include in the report by selecting from the following options: If sub-districts are not enabled:

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. |
Students to include | Choose to run the report for selected students or All Students Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report. |
Report Start Date | Enter the start date for the reporting period. |
Report End Date | Enter the end date for the reporting period. |
Use Tracks | If your school or district uses tracks, select Yes or No to indicate whether to include tracks in the report output. |
