Use

If run at the district level, choose one of the following from the pop-up menu:

• Default – District Wide. Includes all records on the PowerSchool server that meet selection criteria.

• Current School Only – Includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria.

• District Wide – Includes all records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria.

If sub-district is enabled, the following options appear:

• Select Sub-district - Select the sub-district.

• Select Multiple Schools - Select the schools to include in the selected sub-district

• All Schools in selected sub-district - All schools in the selected sub-district are included.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Processing Options

Choose a time to run the report from the pop-up menu:

• In Background Now (Recommended) – Execute the report immediately in the background.

• ASAP – Execute the report in the order it is received in the Report Queue.

• At Night – Execute the report during the next evening.

• On Weekend – Execute the report during the next weekend.

• On Specific Time – Execute the report on the date and time specified.

Specific Date/Time

Enter a date using the format mm/dd/yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy in order to run the report on a specific day. The incorrect format displays an alert and the date field is submitted as a blank entry. Use the pop-up menus to schedule the report to be run at a specific hour and minute. Example: 7/29/2008 @ 10 AM: 05.

Report Start Date

Enter the start date for the reporting period. The report includes course sections assigned to a term that occurs during the reporting period. To include all course sections for the school year, enter the first day of school for the report start date.

If a term is selected at the School or District level, the start date and end date for the report are automatically populated based on the start and end date of the term. When running from the district level, the earliest start date of all the school populates as the start date.

Report End Date

Enter the end date for the reporting period. The report includes course sections assigned to a term that occurs during the reporting period. To include all course sections for the school year, enter the last day of school for the report start date.

Field Delimiter

Select the field delimiter for the extract file.

Show Column Field Headings

Choose Yes or No to indicate whether to include column headings in the extract file. Including column headers provides a heading for each type of data extracted in the report.

District Code

The unique 9-digit Administrative Unit Number assigned by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE). This field is extracted from Start Page > District Setup > District Information.

If sub-district is enabled, the selected sub-district appears in this field.

Location Code

The 4-digit code identifying the school assigned by the PDE.

If PIMS_Location_Code is not populated then the School ID will reference Alternate School Number or School Number.

Note: "0000" is a valid location code.
