Full-Time State Programs Enrollment Report

Introduction
The Full-Time State Programs Enrollment Report, aka Career Major Student Enrollment (CME) Report, contains enrollments that are submitted to the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education (ODCTE) at the Career Major level. This submission is done quarterly.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
- All students who were enrolled regardless of the number of hours enrolled during each quarter.
- Career Major Code is required and must be filled out so that the course is included in the extract.
For the purposes of reporting clock hours, use the Entry Date and ‘Exit Date as the basis for calculating hours.

Report Output
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report is described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
