Fitnessgram Extract
Introduction
Oklahoma State Fitnessgram Extract provides data relationships between teachers/classes/students (each with unique IDs) to be imported into the FITNESSGRAM® program, including student demographic information to calculate the results. This contains student records taking Physical Education classes based on the requirements provided Human Kinetics for the Oklahoma Department of Health (DOH).
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Student Selection
The report selects records from the [Students] tables based on the following criteria:
The student must not be excluded from state reporting.
The student must be enrolled in a school included in the report.
The student must be active in the current school year.
The student must be enrolled in a Physical Education course. The course must have an Alternate Course Number:
3320 (for grades 9-12)
1363 (for grades K-8)
