Student Digital Resources (SFTP)

Introduction

This report allows you to report students' digital access data including information about the student's home internet capabilities, learning device used, internet access, and internet performance.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

The report selects records based on the following criteria:

  • The student is enrolled in the specified reporting date range.
  • The student is not excluded from state reporting.
  • The student's school of enrollment is not excluded from state reporting.
  • One or more Student Digital Resources records exist for the student in the specified reporting date range.

Report Input

Navigation: Start Page > Student Selection > Student Digital Resources.

For help with navigation and running the report, see How to Find and Generate a Report.

SFTP connections

Choose an SFTP connection from the pop-up menu to have the report output uploaded automatically.

Please refer to the System Administrator portion of the PowerSchool Administrator User Guide for details on how to create an SFTP connection for use with this new report parameter.

Note: Remote connection requires PowerSchool 7.1.4 or higher.

NOTE: When using the 'start date' and 'end date' input parameters, this will select any and all records within the date range. Depending upon the date range selected, this may send multiple records for the same student (if their digital resources have been updated). To only send new records to the state, select a start date that is one day after your last submission to the state.
