Staff Assignments ENYP (SFTP)
Introduction
This report generates the data required to generate Engage New York Portal (ENYP) access records for staff members.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Selection
This report will generate Engage New York Portal (ENYP) access records for staff members meeting the following criteria:
- The staff member is assigned to at least one school that is not excluded from state reporting.
- The NY State staff ID has been populated in the related staff record
- At least one active ENYP access record exists for the related staff record.
- The report will generate one record for each active ENYP record assigned to a staff member meeting the selection criteria outlined above.
Note: When running the report using the option for 'Current School Only', only records tied to that school will be generated. To see all active staff assignment records you must run the report with the 'All Schools' option selected.
