Contact Extract (SFTP)

Introduction

This report includes a record for each state approved contact. The report includes the primary contact ID, state contact ID and demographic data.

This is a district-wide report.

As of the 2015-2016 school year, this report is no longer submitted to the state and is for Local Use Only

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

The report selects records based on the following criteria:

Description

Display Header

Choose one of the following from the pop-up menu:

Yes – Include the Alternate Staff ID as an audit field and include headers in the report output. The audit field assists with troubleshooting and the headers provide a title for each data element.

No – Do not include the audit field or the headers.

SFTP connection

Choose an SFTP connection from the pop-up menu to have the report output uploaded automatically.

Please refer to the System Administrator portion of the PowerSchool Administrator User Guide for details on how to create an SFTP connection for use with this new report parameter.

Note: Remote connection requires PowerSchool 7.1.4 or higher.

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
