Student Setup

Introduction

The following data elements are required for student setup. The first two pages of navigation are removed for brevity:

Start Page > Student.

  1. On the Start Page select the School link.

  2. Choose the appropriate School from the pop-up menu.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. Enter the student’s last name in the Search Students text box.

  5. Select the student from the List. The most recently accessed student information page loads for student.

When reporting for the summer school reporting period, if students are attending summer school in your LEA, and they have not attended your LEA before, use a Location Code value of 000.
