CATE EOY - Update

CATE Enrollment Submission: Version 1.2

The following updates are made to the CATE EOY:

Any student not in grade 12 will automatically be assigned an Exit Code of W31.
Work Field ([S_NH_STU_CATE_X]Work_Ind) now defaults to “No” for all students.
