Staff Legal fields now correctly align with the assigned Group, ensuring proper visibility and functionality. Previously, these fields were accessible to a group without permission to view the Staff Demographics page, but this issue has been resolved.

Alternate Course Number (Credit Override) field added to Sections page

Introduced a new field, "Alternate Course Number (Credit Override)," on the Sections tab, located just below the Credit Type Detail field. This feature allows users to assign different credit types to various sections of the same course. While the Alternate Course Number field is optional, any entered value must be a 5-digit ND State Course Number. A validation error will occur if the format is incorrect: "Expected value: Enter the 5-digit ND State Course Number."

Enhanced Credit Type Logic in MIS03 Report

MIS03 Class List Extract Report: SR_25.4.3.0

The MIS03 report now includes an "Alternate Course Number (Credit Override)" feature. When a customer has multiple sections linked to the same course and applies an Alternate Course Number override to one of those sections, the report will display two outputs:

1. One output will show the Alternate Course Number as specified in the "Alternate Course Number" field at the course level.

2. The other output will show the Alternate Course Number as specified in the new "Alternate Course Number (Credit Override)" field at the section level.
