The following reports are included; however, these reports are not submitted to the state. The reports can be used for validating data or for other local purposes.
The report description table includes the following elements:
- Extract Name – Name of the extract as seen in PowerSchool.
- Description - The purpose of the report.
- Version – Current version of the report in PowerSchool.

The Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) is a mandatory data collection, authorized under the statutes and regulations implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Department of Education Organization Act (20 U.S.C. 3413). The regulations implementing these provisions can be found at 34 CFR 100.6(b); 34 CFR 106.71; and 34 CFR 104.61. |

The ELL Student Data Extract reports ELL information for students designated as ELL. When run for September and November, the report will give a snapshot of the student ELL data as of the 15th of the month. When run for June, ELL information for the entire school year is reported. No ELL Assessment data is included. | 1.0 | |
The Pupil Data Export is a student level extract that gives general demographic information, as well as other state required information for students. The Fall/Spring Submission will report all students who were enrolled during the current school year. Any student with an enrollment record where the exit date is greater than the first in session day on the calendar will be included. Students could have multiple rows on the extract depending on how many enrollments and re-enrollments the student has during the school year. | 1.5 | |

MIS03 Personnel Report | The Licensed Personnel School Year Export is a teacher level extract that gives general information, as well as other state required information for teachers. This report will only pull teachers if the Teacher License Number field is populated. | 1.1 |
The School Course Demographics Export is a course level extract that gives general information for each course that is taught at the school as well as a student count by gender and grade level for students enrolled in the course.
