Homeless Verification Report

Introduction

This report provides a list of Homeless students and related data as of a specified date or a date range. The report can be generated as a PDF or CSV file.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to the selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Student Selection

Student records are selected based on the following criteria:

  • If run for a specific date, the report includes all students with a Homeless Program record as of the specified date.

  • If run for a specified date range, the report includes any student enrolled for at least one day with a Homeless Program record during the specified date range.

  • The student cannot be set as excluded from State Reporting.

Description

Current Selection Students*

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

  • The Selected [number] Students Only

  • All Students

Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.

Report Date

  • Effective Date

  • Date Range

Effective Date

For the Effective Date option, enter the date.

Start Date

For the Date Range option, enter the start date.

End Date

For the Date Range option, enter the end date.

Report Output

  • PDF (default)

  • CSV
