Discipline Incident Letters V2.0

Resolved an issue where the Discipline Incident Letters report displayed an incorrect Behavior Policy Description. The report now correctly pulls the Policy Description mapped to the selected Behavior Code(s) in the incident.

PSSR-410230

All States/Provinces: Student Test Result Update

Navigation: Start Page → Select Student → Academic Records → Test Results → New/Edit Test Results

Users can now enable Change History on the Student Test Results page, allowing all updates—including scores—to be tracked.

Enhancements have been made to the Course page to support improved tracking of credit types, institutions, and college credit alignment.

New Fields Added to Course Page

  1. Course Credit

    • Located below the Dual Enrollment / Dual Credit Class field

    • Dropdown values:

      • Blank (default)

      • Concurrent Credit (CC)

      • Dual Credit (DC)

  2. Institutions

    • Located below the Course Credit field

    • Dropdown list of institutions (e.g., (ANC) Aaniiih Nakoda College)

  3. College Credit Equivalent

    • Located below the Institutions field

    • Accepts numeric values with up to two decimal places (e.g., 0.00)

  4. Institution Credit Type

    • Located below the College Credit Equivalent field

    • Dropdown values:

      • Blank (default)

      • (Q) Quarter

      • (S) Semester

PSSR-432085

Course Page: Academic Level field

Updated the Academic Level field on the Course page to use a standardized dropdown list. The field now supports the following valid values:

  • GE – General or Regular

  • BE – Basic or Remedial

  • EE – Enriched or Advanced

  • SE – Special Education

  • HO – Honors

  • CO – College

  • XX – No Level of Rigor
