Students to Include

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

• The selected [number]students only – Run the report for students in the current selection.
• All students – Run the report for all students in the current school that meet the selection criteria.

Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.

Print Comments:

Select the checkbox to have the corresponding comments appear on the Student A+ Status Sheet. Select all that apply or none.

Additional Comment

Enter an optional, additional comment to print on the bottom of the Student A+ Status Sheet. This comment is not stored, it will only print when selected.

Select how the report should be sorted:

• Last, First Name - Report results will be sorted by last name
• Grade & Last, First name - Report results will be sorted first by grade, then by last name.

Indicates whether the student has been enrolled in an A+ school for the last three years of high school.

• G – GPA
• M – Mentor/Tutor

Passed Algebra I EOC

Indicates whether a student has scored either Proficient or Advanced on the Algebra I End of Course Exam. This will be required for all students beginning with the class of 2015.

• NA – Not Applicable

• NT – Not Taken

The date the student appealed.

The percentage of time a student was in attendance during 9^th grade. All 9^th grades years are combined with 9^th grade Transfer Information to calculate the percentage.

Attendance Appeal

The hours of attendance added back to a student’s record as the result of an appeal.

Note: The Attendance Appeal calculation runs for grade levels 9 through 12.

Cumulative Total - Attendance

The student’s cumulative attendance percentage for grades 9-12. The calculation is based on full year attendance hours, and assumes perfect attendance for the rest of the current year.

If Appeal Hours have been entered, the Cumulative Total Attendance % will reflect the addition of the Appeal Hours.
