Introduction
This report creates the Monthly School Division Attendance Report (PDF File)

Parameter | Description | Choice Details |

Month | Select the Month to report attendance. | August through July |
Select Schools to Include (multi-selectable) | Displays a list of all Schools in the database |

Cap Attendance at 100% | Since the formulas provided by the Ministry use starting enrolment as a base for the entire months enrollment, if students enter during the month, it is possible to have more than 100% average attendance. Selecting this option causes calculated average attendances that are greater than 100% to be reported as 100%. | Click the checkbox to cap attendance at 100% |
Hide Schools with No Enrollment | Check this to drop schools with no starting enrolment from the report. | Click the checkbox to drop schools with no starting enrolment from the report. |
Divisional Contact | Enter the Name of the Divisional Contact | This value will default to the contact info for the District Superintendent or the School Principal if these fields are left blank. |
Contact Phone Number | Enter the Phone Number for the Divisional Contact | This value will default to the contact info for the District Superintendent or the School Principal if these fields are left blank. |
Contact Email | Enter the Email Address for the Divisional Contact | This value will default to the contact info for the District Superintendent or the School Principal if these fields are left blank. |
Report Output
The report output will contain one data row per school that was chosen on the MB Monthly School Attendance Report page.
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
