Introduction

The following data elements are required for district setup. The first two pages of navigation are removed for brevity:

Start Page > District Setup.

  1. On the Start Page, click the School link. The school list appears.

  2. Choose District Office from the pop-up menu. The district start page appears.

  3. Click District. The District Setup page appears.

Notes:

  • If all art courses can be reported in a single multi-subject Art Education grading box in the report card, then make no selections.

  • More than two courses should only be specified when students will be scheduled into one or two Arts subjects and the schools wants the Arts subject selected for the student to be reported at the Category level. 

  • Do not select the same arts course twice for a given grade level.
