State Reporting 26.8.2.0 Release Notes | PowerSchool SIS Compliance

PSSR-439554	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool version for State Reporting - 26.3.0.1 or higher	The minimum supported version on the PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 26.3.0.1 or later. For details, refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-433790	All States/Provinces: Office Visit Details Report	Office Visit Details Version: 1.4 This report has been corrected to display the visit details in descending order of visit date.
PSSR-377493	All States: CRDC 2023-2024 Report Update	CRDC Report (2023 2024) Version: 1.4 Updated CRDC PDF report skip-level logic for Preschool (PSCH) and related Student Discipline (DISC) Preschool elements. When a school is identified as a Preschool (PK) school, applicable Preschool data elements will now be reported as blank (null) rather than 0.
PSSR-370717	All States: CRDC Report (School PDF) Update	CRDC Report (2023-2023) The School PDF will no longer honor the NB-1 question; it will show data for non-binary students regardless of the flag. This question has also been removed from the CRDC District UI page.
PSSR-366694	All States: CRDC Report 2023-2024 (LEA and School CSVs) Update	CRDC Report (LEA & School CSVs) The column order of LEA and School CSV files has been updated to align with the CRDC specification layout.
PSSR-432610	LA - Edlink Student Intervention Report - Update	The LA Edlink Student Intervention Report has been updated to run at the district level, combining all student intervention records from the selected schools.
PSSR-445085	Excused and Unexcused Tardy Reporting Updates	The attendance.tsv report has been updated to support the new Excused Tardy and Unexcused Tardy attendance reporting requirements for the 2026-27 school year and later. What's New Excused tardies `EX_TardyLate` or `EX_TardyLeave` now report Absence Reason Code 05 (Excused Tardy). Unexcused tardies `UN_TardyLate` or `UN_TardyLeave` now report Absence Reason Code 06 (Unexcused Tardy). What's Changed Absence Reason Code 02 is no longer reported for the 2026-27 school year and later. Historical school year data is unaffected and will continue to be reported using the previous rules.
