Accommodation Page Multiple Fields Dropdown Update

The Language page under Compliance has been updated to align with new technical specifications for EL student accommodations for the 2025–2026 school year. The following updates have been implemented:

• Bilingual Dictionary field now has values: - Null: Not needed / Not EL - C: Classroom ONLY - Value B has been removed (Both Classroom + Statewide Assessments)

• Read Aloud fields for Math, Science, and Social have new values: - 1: Not needed, - 2: Text-to-speech, Classroom ONLY, - 3: Human reader Classroom ONLY, - 4: Text-to-speech, Classroom + Statewide, - 5: Human reader, Classroom + Statewide

Louisiana Compliance Update: EL Student Accommodations (2025–2026)

The Language page has been updated to support new EL (English Learner) accommodation fields.

The following fields have been added, each with standardized drop-down options as specified:

• English Learner Individual Test
  Dropdown values:

  • (Blank)

  • C – This accommodation is needed in the Classroom ONLY

  • B = This accommodation is needed in BOTH the Classroom and Statewide Assessments

• English Learner Small Group Test
  Dropdown values: (Blank), C, B

• English Learner Math Read Out Aloud
  Dropdown values: (Blank), C, B

• English Learner Read Aloud to Self
  Dropdown values: (Blank), C, B
