SIS - Event Collection System
Contents
Introduction
This report collects discipline incident information for non-student participants (staff, etc.) and creates an extract file for submission to the state, which includes SIS Event (007), SIS Perpetrator (091), and SIS Victim (093) records.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Incident Selection

- The incident must be associated with the Incident Type “LA State Reporting”.
- The incident must have an Offender defined, even if the perpetrator is unknown (such as in the case of graffiti).
- The incident must occur within the report date range.
Note: Incidents marked as Local Reporting are included in the events upload file but do not extract on the report.
