T01 - Teacher Class - Legacy
Introduction
The T01 - Teacher Class layout contains basic information about a teacher's schedule such as the course, section, class period, and class start and end dates.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report.
Teacher Selection
The report selects records from the [Teachers] table based on the following criteria:
- The teacher must be assigned to a section within the selected date range.
- The role assigned to the teacher in the Section must have the Code "GA" assigned to it in the Co-Teaching Roles setup.
- The Term associated with the Section must be active during the selected date range.
- Teachers assigned as Inclusion Teachers to a student's course enrollment record, with an inclusion code of 8 or 9, will also be included, for student course records that are active during the selected date range.
- The School associated with the Section must not be excluded from State Reporting.

Select Schools | Run the report using a selection of multiple schools or for all schools. |
Current Selection Students | Run the report for the current selection of students or all students. |
Report Start Date | Enter the start date of the report. Note: Enter the date in a format of MM/DD/YYYY. |
Report End Date | Enter the end date of the report. Note: Enter the date in a format of MM/DD/YYYY. |
Report Period | Select April. Teacher Class is only collected once in the spring. |
Include Local Courses (00.) | Select "Yes" from the popup to include section enrollments associated with course numbers beginning with 00. These are excluded by default (see Selection Criteria). |
Report Output
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
