Segment Count Over 6
Introduction
When the total count of segments is greater than 6, each segment is reviewed by family, selecting only 6 segments. Each segment includes all additional corresponding data when selected, such as Gifted Delivery Model, Inclusion Codes, Dual Enrollment Type, etc.

PAE | Select PAE segments one at a time until all are selected or the total count is 6. | Note that the PAE2 count, Secondary Area Number of Segments, is never reduced since that count was manually entered. |
The following Segment types are processed twice. First segments with inclusion codes are selected until the total count is 6 or there are no more segments with inclusion codes. Then the process is repeated, this time selecting segments without inclusion codes.
