Use this procedure to launch Georgia LDS in the PowerSchool Student and Parent portal.

How to Launch Georgia LDS in the PowerSchool Student and Parent Portal

1. Sign in to the PowerSchool Student and Parent portal.

Note: If you are prompted to change your password after signing in, sign out and sign back in again before clicking the Georgia LDS link.

2. On the home page, click Georgia LDS in the left navigation menu. Georgia LDS launches in a separate window (or tab depending on your browser settings). The homepage for the parent or student page appears.

Note: The window that appears is not served by PowerSchool. It is rendered from a separate Georgia LDS server. For detailed information, see Georgia LDS documentation. If the window does not launch, contact your school's PowerSchool administrator.
Note: If you are not actively working in the PowerSchool Student and Parent portal, your PowerSchool Student and Parent session may timeout. If so, you need to sign in again.

3. When you are finished working in Georgia LDS, be sure to sign out of Georgia LDS.

4. When you are finished working in the PowerSchool Student and Parent portal, be sure to sign out of the PowerSchool Student and Parent portal.
