Career Technical Education (CTE) Profile Report

Select Schools

When you run the report from the district level, choose one of the following:

• Select Multiple Schools – Select the schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click the school name. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click, and select each school to be included.
• All Schools – Run the report for the entire district.

When you run the report from the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Only include students previously identified as Concentrators?

Choose Yes to only include students who have a 1 or 2 response for CTE Concentrator.

• 1 - Student is a Concentrator in an operational Program of Study (POS) = Y

• 2 - Student is a Concentrator not in an operational POS = Y

The CTE Concentrator is set for a selected student on the State/Province –WI > Career Technical Education (CTE) page.

Student Enrollment Start Date

Enter the student enrollment start date. The student’s exit date must be after the Student Enrollment Start Date specified.

Student Enrollment End Date

Enter the student enrollment end date. The student’s entry date must be on or before the Student Enrollment End Date specified.

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

• The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection.
• All students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

If you run the report for a single student or a group of students, select the students prior to running the report.

Scheduling

Select Run Now or Schedule to determine when to run the report.

If [Courses]Vocational = 1 or [Courses]Code is not blank then [CC]Course_Number OR [StoredGrades]Course_Number

[CC]TermID or [StoredGrades]TermID of the full school year (for example, 2018-2019)

[CC]TermID or [StoredGrades]TermID of the term the student completed the class or has a current enrollment for IE S1 or S2.
