Select Schools*

If run at the district level, choose one of the following:

• Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click and select each school to be included. Select schools to include in the report

• All Schools – Run the report for the entire district.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Students to Include*

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

• The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection.

• All Students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

Include Graduate Students*

Choose Yes or No from the pop-up menu.

Include Zero Credit Course

Choose Yes or No from the pop-up menu to indicate if courses in which students are not awarded credit should be included on the transcript. This does not apply to the Driver's Ed Course which is always printed when enrolled. Set to No to exclude non-credit courses except Driver's Ed. Set to Yes to include all non-credit courses.

Print School/Student Comments

The school comments and student comments are printed in the output when Yes is selected.

Valid values:

• Yes (default)

• No

Used SCED code for course number*

Defaults to Yes. To extract alternative course code, select No.

Suffix StoreCode to course name (Debug use only)*

Use this option ONLY IF there is a need to debug grading data the transcript. It will include the store code with the name of the course.

Grade Name to extract for current class enrollments

Use this option to choose the grading term name to use to display the grades.

Defaults to Don't Display Grades.

Identify Courses in Progress

To print courses that are in progress, select Yes.

Valid values:

• Yes

• No

As of date for current class enrollments for transferred out Students

Select the MM/DD/YYYY for the date of current year class enrollments to be printed for transferred out students.

GPA method to be used to determine class rank.*

Class rank is an optional data element per the state. If class rank is required by your Division, select the GPA method define for class rank.

Note: GPA methods are setup in District Setup.

GPA Methods to display in the Summary.*

Select from the menu the GPAs to be displayed on the transcript.

School Logo*

Option provided to display the school logo if required by Division.

Watermark Text

Ignore SAT/ACT Exclude flags?

Select Yes to print test data, even if it is marked to be excluded from state reporting.

Print Student's Legal Name?

Select Yes to print the student's legal name and Gender from Start Page > Student Selection > Virginia State Information > Legal Identifications (LID) tab.

Defaults to No.

Include Out of District Grades in Work in Progress

To print grades of classes that the student is taking outside the school district, check Enabled.

To print work in progress classes taken outside the school district, the Identify Courses in Progress must be set to Yes.

Scheduling

Select when to run the report.

Exclude Work In Progress?

Indicate if grading information for courses that the student is currently enrolled in should display. This section is included by default.
