Additional Information for eTranscripts

Use the following to record correct transcript information.

Recording Courses from Prior Schools

To correctly report a student’s courses taken at a prior school or school district the Alternate Course ID and Alternate School ID must be entered in the Student Selection > Historical Grades > Edit Stored Grade. All other information in the form must also be entered. For additional information see PowerSchool online help - How to Create a Single Historical Grades Entry.

Recording Final Grades

A single final grade must be entered for every course to correctly report on the student’s transcripts. If a year long course has multiple grades for different semesters then you need to average it to create a final grade. See PowerSchool online help - Average Final Grades.
