Student Restraints Verification Report

Introduction

This report provides a list of student restraint records for the Summer PEIMS and the CRDC collections for a specified school year or date range with options for a CSV or PDF file output.

Selection Criteria

This report has no specified selection criteria.

Report Input

Field	Description
Select Schools	If run from the District level, use the Ctrl or SHIFT key on your keyboard to click each school for which you want to run the extract. If run from the school level, only the current school is available.
Current Selection Students	Select one of the following: The Selected [Number] Students Only – Run the report for students in the current selection. All Students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria. Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.
School Year	Choose the school year for the student membership and attendance data you want to include on the report.
Output Type	CSV or PDF (default is CSV)

Campus ID of Restraint	The ID of the Campus where the student was restrained.	[S_TX_STU_RESTRAINT_C]E1032_CAMPUS_ID
Restraint Reason	Reason for restraining the student. The selected restraint code is displayed.	[S_TX_STU_RESTRAINT_C]E1033_RESTRAINT_REASON

Restraint Staff Type	The restraint staff type, Description (01, 02)	[S_TX_STU_RESTRAINT_C]E1516_RESTRAINT_STAFF_TYPE
Exclude from PEIMS	Exclude student from PEIMS reporting.	[Students]State_ExcludeFromReporting
SPED Indicator (calculated based on the Restraint Date and SPED special program record)	Displays Y if the student is part of SPED on date of restraint; otherwise N	Calculated
Non Mem Disc Restraint Indicator (calculated based on ADA Eligibility Code 0 for a Special Education student)	Displays Y if student meets criteria; otherwise N	Calculated
