This interface is used when processing a response file from SDS. It displays messages from the file in a useful format.
Response Import
Follow the list of steps to import the response file.

On the Start Page, click Special Functions.

Click Saskatchewan Data Import System. The Process Response File page appears.

Specify the report file that was originally submitted to SDS. Click on the Browse button to find the report file.

Specify the response file that was generated by SDS. Click on the Browse button to find the response file.

Check the checkbox to specify if you also want any new Learning IDs to also be imported to the [Students]Student_Number field.

Press the Process button.
(Note: The process will NOT import a Learning ID if it is found to already exist in PowerSchool ([Students]State_StudentNumber, [Students]Student_Number). If a duplicate is found, the Learning ID will not be imported and the student will appear on the “Error messages” list.) -
Once the file has successfully processed, the results page appears. All data within the response file will be organized as follows:
