Staff Setup


The following data elements are required for staff setup.

  1. On the Start Page, click Staff.
  2. Select a staff member or New Staff Entry.
  3. Select Edit Information for existing staff members.

Enter the name.

Note: Use the format: LastName, FirstName MiddleName

Enter the teacher’s TCERT ID number.

Select the appropriate staff role.

Defining Staff CRDC Information

[Select A Staff Member] > Edit Information > Civil Rights Data Collection – Refer to CRDC Staff Setup (2020-2021).
