Student Local Assessment Subtest for Reporting and Analytics

Introduction

This template identifies whether a student has met the required standards for grades from PreK through 12 in the subtest area ELA and Math, where the LEA exercises the local assessment option instead of the standard PSSA for any or all the grades for reporting and analytics. A student may have multiple results for the same assessment provided the assessments are administered on different dates.

Grain: One record per LEA / School / School Year / Local Assessment / Student.

  2. Target table (located on the template)

  3. Date and time stamp (ensures each file is unique), the format is YYYMMMDDHHMM

  4. File Extension (data separator type)“csv”, "tab", or "del"
