PA District Fact Template – Title 1

Contents

Introduction

The District Fact Template is used to capture data elements previously collected in the Federal Programs e-Grants system. The following entities are required to submit Title 1 staff and student participation data elements in the District Fact Template:

  • School Districts that serve Title I students
  • Charter Schools that serve Title I students
  • Intermediate Units that serve Title I students. If an intermediate unit is the lead LEA in a consortium of LEA's serving Title I students, they are the responsible for reporting the aggregate participation data for all of their member LEA's. Intermediate Units should not report Neglected or Delinquent program data here. That information is reported on a separate system.

Selection Criteria

  • Students must not be excluded from state reporting.
  • When querying data from student's re-enrollments and special enrollments, we look at records where entry date must be on or after 7/1 of a school year and exit date is on or before 6/30 of a school year.
  • For determining ethnicity, fedethnicity, Hispanic/Latino take precedence, then multi-racial, the individual (other than Hispanic) race codes.
