• All Schools (default) - Run the report for all schools. Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria

If sub-districts are enabled, the field name is "Select Sub District:

• Select Sub-district - Select the sub district for which you want to run the report.

• Current School Only - Run the report for only the current selected school. Includes all student records associated with the selected schools that meet the selection criteria.

• All Schools in selected sub-district (default) - Run the report for all schools in the selected sub-district. Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria.

Select School Year

Select the school year for which to run the extract.

Submission Type

Select the type of submission to be run:

• Title III Professional Development Activities Survey

• Title III Nonpublic Student Count

• LIEP Survey

Include Header

Default is Yes. To exclude the header, select No.

Scheduling

Default is Run Now. Select Schedule to run the report on a specific date and time.

Reporting Date

A single date indicating the whole school year; the June 30 at the end of the standard school year is used to designate a school year. Thus, the 2017-2018 school year would be indicated by 2018-06-30. If the students exit date is later than the last in-session day, then the report will extract the last in-session day. Otherwise the report will extract the exit date.
