PA District Fact Template - English Learners (ELs)

Introduction

The District Fact Template is used to submit the following data:

Results of the Nonpublic Student Counts
Results of the Title III Professional Development Activities Survey
Results of the EL Program Survey

In order to collect the correct data:

Information needs to be completed on the District Info > District Fact EL Program Survey Information page.
When populating the data for the Title III Professional Development Activities Survey, select from the drop down the current school year to enter data for a previous school year.

Field	Description
Select Schools OR Select Sub District	If sub-districts are not enabled, the field name is "Select Schools": Select Multiple Schools - Select the schools for which you want to run the report. Includes all student records associated with the selected schools that meet the selection criteria. All Schools (default) - Run the report for all schools. Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria If sub-districts are enabled, the field name is "Select Sub District: Select Sub-district - Select the sub district for which you want to run the report. Current School Only - Run the report for only the current selected school. Includes all student records associated with the selected schools that meet the selection criteria. All Schools in selected sub-district (default) - Run the report for all schools in the selected sub-district. Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria.
Select School Year	Select the school year for which to run the extract.
Submission Type	Select the type of submission to be run: Title III Professional Development Activities Survey Title III Nonpublic Student Count LIEP Survey
Include Header	Default is Yes. To exclude the header, select No.
Scheduling	Default is Run Now. Select Schedule to run the report on a specific date and time.

2	Reporting Date	A single date indicating the whole school year; the June 30 at the end of the standard school year is used to designate a school year.
