District Fact Act 35

Introduction

Template used to submit counts of the total budgeted professional staff positions that are vacant as of the date of final budget adoption by the LEA’s governing Board. This is a district-level report.

Selection Criteria

The budgeted professional staff positions must be greater than zero.
The budgeted vacancies must be active.

Output File Name	AUN_DISTRICT_FACT_DATETIME
Category	District Domain
Published Date	Date and time the report was first published
Report Parameters	Check checkbox on the right to save as default value
Select Schools	If sub-districts are enabled: Select Sub-district - Select the sub-district for which you want to run the report. Select Multiple Schools – Select the schools for which you want to run the report. Includes all student records associated with the selected schools that meet the selection criteria. All Schools in selected sub-district (default) – Run the report for all schools in the selected sub-district. Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria.
Select School Year	Choose from the pop-up menu the school year you wish to run the extract for.
Total Budgeted Professional Staff for LEA	Enter the number staff budgeted positions for the current year.
Sample Dataset Mode	Select the checkbox to enable.
