AttendanceCodeInfo
AttendanceCodeInfo publishes Attendance Codes per school to be used with StudentDailyAttendance. AttendanceCodeInfo will only send attendance codes for FDA (Full Day Absent), HDA (Half Day Absent), COV (Covid), DVAP/DVP (Digital/Virtual Present), DVA (Digital/Virtual Absent), and codes for OSS (Out of School Supervision) category. Please refer to the School Setup page for information on configuring these attendance codes and categories. Two additional codes will be auto generated for FDA and HDA Unexcused to track unexcused absences.
The Oklahoma SMP provides publishing capabilities for the following data object and its elements:
